 Nathan John Feuerstein (born March 30, 1991), known by his initials NF (stylized as IF), is an American musician, rapper, songwriter and record producer. Two EPs were issued by the artist I'm Free (2012) [3] and an EP titled self-titled in 2014. He was signed to Capitol CMG. Mansion was his debut major label album. It was released on March 31st, 2015. His second album, Therapy Session, was released on April 22, 2016, and peaked at number 12 on the US Billboard 200. His albums have earned several awards, among which include: the Gospel Music Association Dove Award for Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year (Therapy Session).NF achieved mainstream popularity in 2017 with the release of Perception. the album peaked at the top of the charts in the United States and was certified platinum. Its third single, "Let You Down" made it to number 12 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 reached number one in the United States and was a top ten worldwide chart hit. The Search (2019) was his second album. He enjoyed similar commercial success. Feuerstein declared that in his youth, rap music was his escape. He would record music using a karaoke device, recording both raps and instrumentals using a single microphone. Feuerstein released Moments, his first album of his own on November 29, 2010. The debut single, "Alone", was released on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith was the songwriter and produced the song. Xist Music noticed Feuerstein’s work in the year 2012. Feuerstein debuted his expanded version of I'm Free on May 2 in 2012, with production by Profitt. The album's tracklist included nine tracks that included "Alone". The EP also featured the exclusive version of "Alone" featuring Sean Simmonds. Xist teased the release the self-titled extended track, NF. However, Feuerstein was able to separate from the label because of a dispute. The production of NF was subsequently delayed. Despite this, NF featured a song, "Only One", featuring Shuree Williams, in the compilation album released by the label Move Vol 1. On the 4th of November in 2013, he released a single "Beautiful Addiction" and it was released on November 4. Profitt was also a guest on the track. The track featured vocals from Danielle Swift and Brady Schmitz.
