Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on the 4th of October in 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999), and Josie and the Pussycats (2001) as well as the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are her voice actors. The series began with the English version Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Cook was a daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian , who is now a social worker and JoAnn Cook, a cook instructor and weaver. Cook is part Italian. Cook appeared for the first time in a public service ad for foster care at seven years old. She began her career as a child model around the age of 10 and was featured in national advertisements for Target and Milk-Bone dog biscuit boxes. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
